Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at info.sufishine@gmail.com.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at info.sufishine@gmail.com and send your item to our return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping returns
To return your product, mail it to our return address. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping expenses.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
